Apply as a Transfer Student

Step 1: Submit an application via one of the following methods

• Apply online at admission.dos5.net/apply
• Apply online at www.commonapp.org
• Download and complete an application. The Randolph College Application for Admission is in PDF format, which can be filled out and saved to your computer. Submit the completed application as an attachment to admissions@dos5.net

Step 2: Send an official copy of your college transcript from each college you have attended (submit high school final transcript if you have taken less than 30 college credits).

Important Dates:

• Apply by December 1 for admission in the spring semester
• Apply by July 1 for admission for the fall semester.

Credit Transfer

• Contact Joy Parr McGrath, jmcgrath@dos5.net, 434-485-8032, with any questions about the process of submitting credits for transfer consideration.
• Visit the Registrar’s site for specific policies and forms regarding the transfer of credit and summer classes, as well pre-entry credits such as AP, CLEP, GCE, International Baccalaureate, and military credit.
